Returns & Exchanges
You can withdraw from your contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. We promise to refund any undamaged items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. The payment will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items. Returns after 14 days will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense. We are not obligated to refund damaged items. Refunds will be issued at the full product value (excluding shipping costs).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending us a clear statement of withdrawal (e.g., by letter, fax, or email).
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
If you return a product despite no fault on our part and the goods are free of defects, the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
How does a return work?
All orders can be returned by post. Please follow these guidelines:
1. Please send us an email at contact@thewristguy.eu to inform us that you wish to return your order or parts thereof and request a return form, which is mandatory for the return.
2. ENSURE THAT ALL ITEMS TO BE RETURNED ARE UNDAMAGED (Damaged goods will NOT be refunded and will be disposed of).
3. Pack your items carefully and include the completed return form.
4. Label the package with the address provided on our return form*.
Refunds will be processed within 28 days from the day the package is shipped. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Please remember to request proof of shipment from your post office and keep it as a reference. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive your package.
