1. Can I return or exchange my order?
All information regarding returns or exchanges can be found [here](link).
2. Can I cancel my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Therefore, changes cannot be made once the order is placed. All cancellation requests will be reviewed promptly. If the order has not yet been transmitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation request whenever possible.
All emails pertaining to cancellations must have the subject line "Order Cancellation". Please include your full name and order number in the email. Unfortunately, cancellations not submitted in this manner cannot be processed.
3. Can I change my shipping address?
Since we process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, we regret that we cannot accept address changes after your order has been placed. However, requests for address changes will be reviewed promptly. If your order has not yet been transmitted to our warehouse, we will attempt to update your information before shipment.
All emails regarding address changes must have the subject line "Address Change". Please include your full name, order number, and the new correct shipping address in the email. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships. Emails regarding address changes not labeled as such cannot be processed.
If your order is lost due to incomplete or incorrect address information, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded. If you require a new shipment, you will need to cover the costs.

4. Can I add/remove a product or change the shipping method?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method or exchange/add products to your order.
5. What happens if my order is held at local customs?
If your order is held at customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact local customs and handle the customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot contact customs officials or refund orders rejected and returned by local customs. We include all necessary customs documents with each order, if required.
6. Shipping Information
Please note that we do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
If your package is marked as "delivered" by the local postal service but you have not physically received it, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the local postal service to resolve the issue. If the local postal service and the customer are unable to resolve the discrepancy, we are not obligated to refund or resend the order. However, we will certainly assist you in resolving the situation.
7. Jurisdiction
In business dealings with merchants and legal entities of public law, Salzburg is agreed upon as the jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these terms and conditions and individual contracts concluded under their applicability.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to unilaterally amend these terms and conditions, to the extent that they are introduced into the contractual relationship with the customer, in order to eliminate subsequent equivalence disruptions or to adapt to changed legal or technical conditions. We will inform the customer about any adjustments by notifying them of the content of the amended provisions. The amendment becomes part of the contract if the customer does not object to its inclusion in the contractual relationship in writing or text form within six weeks of receiving the notification of the change.
9. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of the contract, including these regulations, be or become wholly or partially ineffective or should the contract contain an unforeseen gap, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions or parts of such provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the ineffective or missing provisions, the respective statutory regulations shall apply.
