Shipping & Returns
What are my return policies?
You can cancel your contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. We promise to refund undamaged items that you are not completely satisfied with within 30 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original payment method and you will be notified by email once your refund has been processed. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned items. Returns after 30 days will not be refunded and will be sent back to you, the cost of postage must be borne by the customer. We are not obliged to refund damaged items. Refunds will be issued for the full value of the product (excluding shipping costs).To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending us an explicit statement of the cancellation of your contract (e.g. by letter, fax or email).
Who pays for the return shipment?
If you return a product even though there is no error on our part and the goods are faultless, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
How does the return work?

Which countries do you ship to?
We primarily ship to Germany and Austria. If required, we can also deliver to other countries. Contact us directly at contact@thewristguy.eu
How long does delivery take?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment options including: PayPal, Mastercard, VISA, AMEX & Apple Pay
Can I transfer the amount directly?
Yes, if the amount is over €200 you can transfer the amount to us. Once we receive the money, your order will be shipped immediately.
Is the payment secure?
For payments we use Shopify's secure systems. These include Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal & Apple Pay.

Are the NATO straps hand-stitched?
Yes, our premium NATO straps are all hand-stitched.
Do you use real leather for your cases?
Yes, our watch rolls and cases are made of real leather. On the outside we usually use a soft Togo or a firm Saffiano leather. The inside surfaces are also lined with real suede.

You may know me by my YouTube name, “TheWristGuy.”
What started as a simple hobby has grown into one of the largest German-speaking communities. In addition to videos offering advice, recommendations, and reviews on luxury watches, we’ve decided to channel our expertise into unique products.
This led to the creation of our brand, “twg.” Exclusive products, handcrafted with love and attention to detail by watch collectors, for watch collectors. Our focus is primarily on straps (NATO straps, rubber straps, etc.) and storage solutions (watch rolls, zip cases).
